• Approximate location derived from IP (typically country/region level via analytics or ad partners)
• Cookie or similar identifiers used for analytics, chat, advertising, and site preferences

We and our partners use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to run the site, measure traffic, provide chat support, and (where enabled) show ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may limit chat or personalised ads.

Analytics — Fathom

We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregate traffic (for example page views and referrers). Fathom is designed not to use invasive tracking or sell personal data. Fathom may process technical data needed to produce those aggregate stats.

Customer chat — Crisp

We use Crisp to offer optional live chat. If you open chat, Crisp may process your messages, device/browser information, and any details you share so we can respond. Crisp acts as a service provider for that support channel. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment details through chat.

Other processors

• Hosting / CDN — Cloudflare (site delivery and security)
• Tag management / measurement — Google Tag Manager and related Google tags where configured
• Payments — Stripe (or similar) if you purchase a paid pack; card data is handled by the processor
